- Our 7–14 day make-and-ship window is on this page before you pay. That is when it leaves us — we do not publish a delivery date we cannot control.

- A person in the family reads your personalization before anything prints.
- If it arrives damaged, misprinted, or personalized wrong by us, we replace it.
- Payment happens on Stripe's own page. We never see your card number.
