Who you are buying from

SalchiLuna is a family shop in the United States, and it sells direct. There is no marketplace, reseller or third party between you and us: the payment goes to us, the order is made for us, and the person who answers your email is in the family.

The name SalchiLuna is the name this shop trades under. It carries no ® because no registration has been granted, and we will not print one until it has.

When an order is accepted, and what you get

Your order is accepted when we take payment. At that moment you get an order reference on screen, beginning SL-, and an emailed confirmation carrying the same reference, everything you ordered, and the total.

If the email does not arrive, the order is still real and still findable. Go to the order page on this site with your reference and the email address you paid with, and it will show you exactly where your order is. That is not a courtesy — it is how you check up on us, and it works without an account.

If you have lost the reference as well, write to us with the name on the card, the email address, roughly when you ordered and the amount. We can find any order from that.

What you are ordering

Personalized pieces are made from the personalization you submitted — we make what you typed, so the spelling you enter is the spelling that gets printed, embroidered or engraved, and we show it back to you before you add it to the cart for exactly that reason. Pieces with no personalization are made from the family's own artwork exactly as their product page shows it.

Every product page names what the piece is made on and what it is made of, in the manufacturer's own published figures. Where a product page publishes a measured size chart, a weight, or wash guidance, those are the apparel facts for that garment; a mug, a tumbler, a journal or an ornament carries the measurements and the care that apply to it instead. Colours on a screen are not a dye match, and a printed colour will not be identical to the one on your phone.

The bandana is not a safety device

No. The bandana is a decorative accessory. It is not a restraint, harness, collar, or safety device, and it should not be used as one.

What we do not claim

Nothing we sell is a medical, orthopedic, anxiety, or behavioural product, and we make no claim of that kind about any of it. These are gifts.
