Include the SL- reference from the page you saw after paying. It is how we find your order — we have no account system to look you up in.
Sending a photograph for a blanket?
Attach the photograph to the same email and put the SL- reference in the subject line. Daylight, eyes visible, no heavy filters, and at least 1000 pixels on the long edge give us the most to work with.
